Well the train left Kamloops to head for Jasper our next destination where we will be for 2 nights, the journey was again comfortable with food fit for a king and wonderful scenery. The trip was topped of when we finally got into the beautiful rockies! unfortunately a lot of the photo’s are though the windows of the train so not as clear as they could be, however a good representation of how the countryside looks.

Just as we were pulling into Jasper at 7.30pm still light (how I wish we could have these daylight hours in Qld) there was a black bear, no camera as put all away for easy leaving of the train. so time for a stroll round before dinner.
